Honestly
Stairs from the parking area up to the front door, and stairs inside — not suitable for limited mobility. No air conditioning; ceiling fans and stone walls, plus sunshading, keep the house cool in August. The path down to Gera Lario is a steep 25-minute walk, so a car is effectively necessary.
